The staff at this hotel were always helpful and on hand when I needed assistance. They even spoke Russian, which was a great bonus! The location is very good, with supermarkets, small shops, cafes. Additionally, it is a short walking distance to a main avenue with a tram line, making it easy to get around the city.

Nothing it is perfect

clean rooms and bathrooms - hot water all-day. great location - within 30min walk to main attractions and close to tram and bus stations. Staff can't speak English - but they try their best to understand. One unique aspect is the "external private bathroom" where you have to step outside the bedroom and across the corridor to use it. It's a fun and interesting experience.

The rooms at this hotel are extremely clean and nicely decorated. the beds are comfortable and the hotel provides enough towels for one person. Despite being a bit far from the city center, there is public transport nearby. there are a few bars and small shops on the next street.

I got amazing value for my money at this simple yet comfortable hotel. The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities I needed. The location was great, with plenty of bars, cafes, and shops nearby, and easy access to the tramway and Goya railway station. The staff, although not fluent in English, made an effort to understand and assist me, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement.
